As much as I hate shopping, sometimes I find something of interest in the aisles of a local store. This flower made the trip to Home Depot worth it.

Red Rock Canyon
Use the camera you have at hand to create an image, no matter how simple the device may be. My cellphone was handy and I made this image while visiting Red Rock Canyon in Nevada.

Skylight in the Waiting Room
I was sitting in the Amtrak station in Providence RI waiting for the train to NYC. I looked up and saw this interesting abstract design created by the skylight above. It took my mind away from the boredom of trying not to look directly at other people in the waiting room who are just as bored as I was.

I love watermelon, love fried chicken.
Love string beans, will even eat ham.
And when I get my plate, I say "Thank you Mame".
